“Come For All Is Now Ready!”
Luke 14:17The focus of the Great Banquet is to know Jesus as Lord and Savior and to make Him known. The Great Banquet is an opportunity to be still, to listen, to share and to hear Christ’s plan for this world and for our lives. The Great Banquet is a 72-hour experience – for three days, guests live and study together in worship, prayer, and discussion.
The Banquet promises to nourish you both physically and spiritually. At the Great Banquet, you will experience God’s Agape Love and Grace in a profound, personal way.
Want to attend the Indianapolis Great Banquet? You will need a sponsor to attend the Indianapolis Great Banquet. A sponsor is someone who has attended the Indianapolis Great Banquet or similar 72-hour experience. We are honored to be a part of the Indianapolis Great Banquet which stands as a beacon of racial reconciliation, hope, and love in our community in this time of fear, turmoil, and racial divide. As the IGB Family and members of the Body of Christ, when one of our brothers or sisters is hurting, we all share in that hurt.
Our prayers go out to all among us who suffer the evils of racial injustice, to all who fear for their lives and for the welfare of their families, for those who don’t feel safe even in their own homes and places of work.
We pray too for our children and for the world to know the graceful, self-giving and healing love of Christ in whose name we serve, work together, and pray. Our ritual reminds us to “Go in God’s strength to call back those who have turned away from God and bring them to Jesus, who is the Way, the Truth and the Life.”
Let our lives be a testament to our shared conviction that God is at work even in the midst of the chaos and pain, and that every kind word, expression of love and action of healing can and does make a difference.
With love and in Christ,
Nancy, Dustin, Mike, and Kelly
